Important Delivery Note

Body butter and oils are sensitive to warm or hot temperatures. If you are not available to receive your product upon delivery and it melts due to extreme temperatures, simply resolidify by refrigerating. Softening does not affect its benefits for the skin.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Processing Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If your package is marked as returned to MiatorV Elixir due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. You will need to confirm your address and cover the shipping cost again (please note that re-shipping fees may be higher than your original payment).

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it (e.g., lost or stolen packages), MiatorV Elixir is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, we are unable to provide a refund. In this case, we recommend contacting your local mail carrier for assistance.
